this is defo PayPal, if you forget your password you request them to ring you within 1 min and enter a code that is given to you on screen, once this is entered and completed they send you an email with a link to verfiy your bank account details so you can reset your password hope this helps,
if you get a phone call from this number without any contact with paypal it looks like someone is trying to hack into your account, it will only ring the phone number you have registered in your paypal account i beleive

04-05-2018 um 13:40 Belästigte mit wiederholten Anrufen Nachts gegen 4:00 Uhr. Zeitgleich wurden von 72972 SMS mit Warnungen verschickt, dass irgendein Paypal Sicherheitscode in wenigen Minuten auslaufen würde.
